What about martial law, in the united states, is totally unconstitutional?

The economy will fail resulting in martial law.Also with a man made disaster (Disease)A tracking device will be put in force but people will resist resultin in a "lockdown" of society. when the people rise up against Government the new world pushers will weaken the USA using Russia and China to launch nuclear war then a great land invasion force with ten countries under seven governing powers.This is a planned by them as a backup option if society refuses to meld into the one world economy/political new order of the ages.
