Im pregnant again but i have an IUD?

i just found out this morning that im pregnant again. but i still have my IUD in from when i got it in after my first child and i'm maybe about 2 months or a little over now. I have a dr's appointment tomorrow but when i talked to the lady she said i might have a Ectopic pregnancy and it has me terrified! there hasnt been any bleeding and no pain what so ever i have all the symptoms and even showing a little bit not not much. i missed my May cycle and now currently my June cycle but i thought it was stress until i took the tests. if im not showing any pain and no bleeding what so ever do i still have a ectopic pregnancy.? should i be scared or am i just over reacting
