If Moon is on one side and all other planets are on the other side of rahu-ketu, is it Kal Sarp dosh still?

Thats how my kundali is. I am not sure if Moon is considered as a planet or not in astro world but all my planets except Moon is on the right side of Rahu-Ketu line (1st & 7th house respectively)....please tell me if I have Kal Sarp Dosh or not.
