Is it still a tramp stamp if it is on one side of my lower back?

I'm considering another tattoo, and I want somewhere where it I can pretty much cover it up. I hardly wear shirts that show any skin around my midriff, and I would put it high up enough so that really wouldn't be a problem. I want it on the right side, not the middle, and it isn't going to be huge. I want to get one of pico's peace doves with the word "paz" along the right side. The problem is, I don't want people to label it as a "tramp stamp," what is usually referred to as a tat on the lower back. I usually don't give a d*mn what people think about me, but seeing as this is going to be a permanent part of me, I don't want people to take it the wrong way. Does it seem ok to you?
