Fish Help!? Fast Please!?

i just got 3 mixed fruit tetra fish last night, they were fine in the morning and an hour ago. i just looked over at the tank and one of them is laying upside down on their back but hes still moving and you can tell hes alive. Whats going on? Also, can someone tell me how long i should leave the light on for them? thank you so much!
