Dark Blue Fashion Help!?

I want to get a pretty dress for our winter formal. (I know its early) i am looking for a dress early. can you find me an affordable dress that is dark blue if so read on. i am 13 and very tall, olive skin, i have a curvy body (kinda the athletics body) and of course the dress has to be dark blue. it also has to stay in budget nothing over $50. can you find to a dress that fits my criteria, thanks! :)
