Coughing up Green gooey stuff?

I had my tonsils out a little over a week ago and I caught the swine flu and I have a horrible cough, im coughing up green gooey stuff and its burns in my chest really bad is this normal for swine flu? or is it my tonsils? coughing is killing my tonsils it hurts so bad? hellp?? is this green stuff normal? im 16 BTW.
