Can anyone with a ford Probe help please?

The horn relay from my fuse box has been lost by a technician ages ago after I removed it when the alarm/horn wouldnt stop going off. I need it for my MOT now though as it's going back on the road after 6 months out. Woohoo! However I don't have a number or product code or anything for the horn relay so no-one can help me order it. I have a 2 litre 95 Probe, can anyone help tell me what it says on the horn relay so I can try and order it? Sorry if I'm vague i'm not much of a car expert as you can tell!!
