Why is everybody so stupid? SlipKnoT is not emo!!!?

HOW COME EVERYBODY LABELS SLIPKNOT AS "EMO" OR "SCREAMO"? As my all time favorite band, how can they be called emo when you listen to one of their songs like eeyore and compare it to a emo MCR song for example? THERE IS NO COMPARISON!!! My friends say its because of their songs like wait and bleed or the nameless, i tell my friends to go die and punch them in the face, ANYONE who says SlipKnoT is not emo needs to die...there...i said it....how about some backup internet peoples???
