I just clicked on to books and authors and was astonished to find no questions, have people stopped reading?

i read about 15 books a week, i like suspense, as in faye kelleman, john harvey, harlen coben, etc, i like sci fi and fantasy, biography and for light reading authors such as lynda page, or guilda oneill and georgette heyer I also reread the clics about every two years, sense and sensibility and jane eyre for instance,. Are there still readers out there if so what do you like to read, how much and when do you read, would you miss books if they were not there?
