How to improve my thesis statement about Evolution and Creationism?

For a research paper for high school english cl I had to come up with a dynamic thesis statement for this prompt, "Should high school curriculum include intelligent design and/or creationism in addition to evolution?" I decided to write this, "High school curriculum should include creationism along with evolution because of creationism’s equally important historical and scientific significance." How can I spice this up to make it more influential and professional?
