Walter and Lee Evans are great players and are going to be great players. Andre Johnson and t.o. will get the double coverage leaving Evans and Walter 1 on 1. Moss is going to be much better then Fitz. Fitz's QB is getting old and with them drafting a RB they won't be ping as much. He is also going against two NFL curses (if you are superstitous): the Madden Curse and the Super Bowl runner up curse. As long as Brady is playing, you can expect similar numvers to 2007. You will definitely be benefiting off both trades.
